Scott B. Gordon received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) - law degree from the University of Utah College of Law over 28 years ago where he was a Leary Scholar. He received his bachelors, summa cum laude, in social sciences. His principal legal practice has been innovating transformative business solutions and strategies for business owners and entrepreneurs. He has received several post-graduate certifications and ongoing professional studies with Wharton School of Business, the American College in Bryn Mawr, LL.M. in Tax studies at Washington University (St. Louis), and Stanford’s Executive School of Business. He has acted as in-house and external legal counsel, board advisor, and executive for national and international organizations. Scott has also spent much time in Asia and Europe helping clients develop novel solutions and innovating a network of production resources in technology, crypto, manufacturing, hardware design, and mobile accessory development.
Scott has been a frequent lecturer and educator for professional organizations, teaching cutting-edge negotiation skills, professionalism, and business law strategies for tax professionals and board certification courses in Utah, California, and across the United States. He has led national marketing teams for several major companies for both new products and in the financial services field. Scott served for several years as a regional CEO and Managing Director for a Fortune 100 company and has served on the staff as special legal advisory for the Governor of Utah, including twelve years to the Utah Attorney General.
Scott is married and the father of 8 fantastic children and a dozen adorable grandchildren. Scott appreciates the beauty of life and remains ambitious, curious, and excited to help create a bigger and better future.
Richard Gordon provides the unique combination of decades of relevant experience as both a lawyer and a businessman. His principal practice has been in corporate, securities, and real estate matters. He has the practical experience of having served as a business founder, director, and manager; plus, he has authored and taught business law courses for universities. His many years of legal and business experience provide him with rare insight into the essential steps for creating and growing a successful business. In particular, he is knowledgeable about the fields of technology, environmental matters, and real estate development.
Richard received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1967; while there, he worked for both the White House and the U.S. Senate. He left Washington D.C. to serve a U.S. Federal Judge before eventually entering the business field. In his free time, he is an avid world traveler, having visited over 125 countries. He has been recognized for his community service and service to youth. He and his wife proudly claim six children and 25 grandchildren.
